Greek Salad
  • 2 Tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 Large Cucumber, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
  • 2 Green Peppers, diced
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 4 Slices Italian Bread Toasted and cut into cubes
  • 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp. Minced Fresh Oregano
  • 1 Clove Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Crumbled Feta Cheese
In a large bowl, toss together the tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, and bread. In a cup, combine the lemon juice, oil, oregano, and garlic. Pour over the tomatoes mixture and toss to mix well. Sprinkle with the feta.
