- Black Bean & Goat Burger Chili

- 2 tablespo Olive Oil
- 1 pound ground goat burger or goat stew meat cut into small chunks
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 (28-ounc whole tomatoes with juice, crushed
- 2 (15 or 1 black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (4 ounce diced green chilies (more if you want them!!!)
- 1 tablespo instant chicken bouillon
- 1/4 teaspo garlic powder or pickled garlic to taste
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Directions
- In a dutch oven, brown the goat meat in olive oil. Add the tomatoes, onions, chilies, bouillon and all the spices stirring well. Heat to boiling, stirring often. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with cornbread and enjoy!

Medjool Date Balsamic Glaze
Place the vinegar, date paste, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until date paste is fully incorporated and the mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer and continue cooking, stirring frequently, until the liquid has reduced by half.
Transfer cooled glaze to a sealable container and store in the refrigerator
