- 1 Cube Butter
- 1 Pound Package Powdered Sugar
- 1 T Milk or Cream
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- Directions
- Cream butter and add 1/3 of the sugar and beat well. Add egg, vanilla, salt and cream and beat until smooth. Gradually add remaining sugar. Additional milk or cream may be needed for the desired consistency.

1. Add the dates to the bowl of a food processor and pulse for 15 - 20 seconds. Add the nuts and oats, pulse until just combined, scrapping down the sides of the bowl as you go. Add the remaining ingredients, continue to pulse scraping down the sides of the bowl as you go. When blended, the nuts should be the size of large pebbles of sand. If mixture is too sticky, add more oats.
2. Turn the mixture onto parchment paper, form into a roll using the parchment paper.
3. Slice into about 10 pieces.
4. Roll into balls and form each into a pumpkin shape. Now let's decorate. Fun for kids!
