Deanna's Potatoes Deluxe
  • 2 Pound Bag Hashbrowns
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken (or mushroom, celery, etc) Soup
  • 1 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 16-oz Container Sour Cream
  • 2+ Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Thaw hash browns for 30 minutes. Mix can of soup and sour cream together. Add melted butter to the soup and sour cream. Put potatoes, cheese, onions in a large bowl. Pour soup mixture over potato mixture and mix together. Spread evenly in a 9 by 13 pan. Scatter crushed potato chips on top (I like alot but put as much as you like-around 1/2 in thick). Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours or until bubbly and brown.
