- Pretzel Salad

- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Margarine
- 2 2/3 Cups Coarsely Chopped Pretzels
- 1 (8 oz) Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Cool Whip
- 1 (6 oz) pkg. Strawberry Gelatin
- Directions
- Cream margarine with 3 tbsp. Sugar, add pretzels. Press mixture into 9 x 13 x 2” baking dish or pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip, and remaining sugar until well blended. Pour over pretzel mixture. Make the gelatin with 2 cups boiling water, stir in frozen strawberries and put the mixture in refrigerator and chill until slightly thickened (about 4 minutes). Remove mixture from refrigerator and pour over salad. Keep refrigerated.

Easy Granola Berry Crisp
Heat oven to 350ºF.
In a bowl, combine flour and butter. Using a fork, cut butter into flour until crumbly. Add granola and mix until well-combined. Set aside.
In another large bowl, combine ingredients for berry mixture and mix until well-combined. Pour berry mixture into a 9 x 12 baking pan and cover with granola topping. Bake for 45 minutes.
Serve warm alone or with ice cream.
