- 1 pound buckboard or rasher bacon
- 6 hamburgers (pork)
- 2 onions
- 6 sliced cheese
- 3 avacados - sliced
- 1 head lettuce
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- 6 homemade hamburger buns
- Directions
- Bake Buckboard or Rasher slices on cookie sheet single layer @ 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until desired crispiness. Make Pork Burgers in skillet or grill 1-2 onions carmalized in a skillet Sliced cheese (American melts fast) Avacado slices Lettuce Tomatoe sliced Homemade Hamburger Buns ( No salt) Top burger with crispy bacon, onions and cheese while hot to melt cheese Put bacon topped Pork Burger into bun and top with remaining ingredients or others of your choice. The Bacon and Pork Burger together is enough but I love onions and all the rest. Yum!!

Rosemary Lemonade
