The Farmer's Favorite Salad
For salad, mix together greens, spinach, dried cranberries, pears, walnuts, and crumbled bleu cheese.
For dressing, puree honey, vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and onion. Pour in vegetable oil and poppy seeds. Puree together. It is better to make the dressing ahead for time (even the day before serving) so the flavors can meld.
