- Brent's Honey Bacon Green Bean Bundles

- 1 Pound Fresh Green Beans, trimmed
- 8 strips Bacon, partially cooked
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- Directions
- Cook the beans until crisp-tender. Wrap about 10 to 15 beans in each bacon strip; secure with a toothpick. Place on a foil-covered baking sheet. Drizzle honey and Olive Oil over bundles. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until bacon is done. Remove bundles to a serving bowl or platter; serve immediately.

Layer potatoes, ham and shredded cheddar cheese. Usually 3 layers in casserole dish; top with cheese. Make white, peppered gravy and pour over layered mixture (optional). Bake in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 30 to 45 minutes until cooked through and cheese on top is melted.
