Chili Lime Avocado
  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • Juice of 2 Limes
  • 1 Tsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • Lettuce Leaves
Halve the avocados and remove pits. Rub avocado gently with half a lime to prevent browning. Juice limes into a small bowl with sugar, chili powder, and salt. Mix with a fork. Add oil in a slow stream while mixing dressing. Pour dressing into the cavities of avocados, distributing it equally. Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with cilantro. Serves 4.
