Green Bean and Corn Saute
  • 3 T. Butter
  • 1 lb. green beans- ends trimmed and cut into thirds
  • 2 ears of corn- kernels removed
  • 2 cloves garlic- minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. walnuts- chopped
  • 1/4 bunch of parsley- chopped
  • 3 oz Crow's Dairy Herb Chevre
In a large saute pan melt butter over medium heat. Add green beans, corn, garlic and salt. Saute for 8-10 minutes green beans should be tender but not limp. Stir in walnuts and parsley and saute for an additional 2 minutes. Crumble chevre and stir in. Serve immediately.
