- 1 1/4 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 Small Package Angel Flake Coconut
- 1 6 Ounce Package Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 6 Ounce Package Butterscotch Chips
- 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
- Directions
- (Spread each layer on top of the other starting with graham crackers) Melt 1 cube of butter in a 9 by 13 pan then add in layers: Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cool first, then cut in bars. If using dark pan, time may be less.

German Apple Pancake
Preheat oven to 425°
In 10" iron skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in cinnamon and brown sugar. Slice apples into skillet and cook stir until apples are transparent, about 5 minutes. Place skillet, uncovered into 425° oven while you mix batter, about 5 minutes. In blender whirl eggs and flour until smooth; blend in milk. Pour batter evenly over apples in pan. Bake uncovered until pancake is puffy and golden approximately 15 minutes. Dust with powder sugar and let stand 5 minutes. Cut into wedges.
