- 1 5-pound Watermelon
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 8 Ounce Crumbled Cheese, Blue or Feta
- Directions
- Alternatives: Substitute 1/4 cup of lime juice and 1/4 cup of lemon juice for red wine vinegar. Add 1/4 cup basil. Cube mozzarella cheese as replacement for the Feta or Blue cheese. Use pine nuts for extra texture. Cut watermelon from rind into bit-sized pieces. Thinly slice the red onion. Mix Red wine vinegar and olive oil together and mix in with the watermelon cubes and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.

Strawberry Nutella Puff Pastry
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Use a sharp knife to score the edges of the puff pastry, about 1 centimeter in from the edges. Use a fork to prick the interior of the puff pastry. If desired, brush the beaten egg along the edge of the puff pastry.
Bake the puff pastry for 15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown. Use a spatula to stamp down the interior of the puff pastry to separate it from the crust. If you desire a more golden and baked puff pastry, bake for 3 more minutes.
Spread the chocolate hazelnut spread evenly in the center, then add the sliced strawberries in a single layer. Slice and enjoy!
